Job Summary

The Project Coordinator for Production Planning (AVOR) assumes a key role in the preparation phase of projects, primarily within the service and maintenance sector for rail vehicles. You will be responsible for structuring complex bills of materials (BOMs) and ensuring that project-related processes are executed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Core duties include the structured preparation and analysis of BOMs based on technical documentation and drawings, as well as creating the preliminary material requirement and time planning within the ERP system. This role involves significant interface management, acting as the central contact person for Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Production teams. You will lay the essential groundwork for smooth implementation before handing over the project for detailed control. This position requires strong technical understanding and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the continuous development of internal AVOR processes within a leading global mobility company.
