Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Project Design Engineer responsible for the independent development of electrical systems, primarily focusing on climate and air handling units. Day-to-day tasks involve translating complex customer requirements into technical specifications, coordinating with clients, and selecting appropriate electrical and control technology modules. A core function includes calculating and dimensioning electrical circuits, creating detailed circuit diagrams, and generating comprehensive manufacturing and testing documentation (test specifications and protocols for type and series testing). The engineer will also support commissioning activities both in-house and at customer locations. Key requirements include a degree or certified technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, initial professional experience in design and project work, and proficiency in low-voltage systems design and cable engineering.
