Job Summary

This role, based in Augsburg within the energy sector, seeks an IT Business Requirements Analyst specializing in document composition and output management using the Invaris software suite. The core responsibilities involve the configuration and adjustment of forms within Invaris, programming specific display rules (such as for insert control), and executing necessary error corrections within the printing process. A key component of the job is consulting with internal departments to process their requirements and manage orders efficiently through to production handover. Candidates must possess professional training, such as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), coupled with deep technical expertise in Invaris Designer (for form creation) and the Invaris CCM Suite (for print job management). Basic programming knowledge is also required. This position is initially temporary until April 2026 but offers the attractive possibility of extension or permanent employment, alongside flexible home office options.
