Job Summary

This role involves hands-on manufacturing and repair of complex cables and electronic assemblies for an internationally successful defense industry group located in Kassel. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing cables and components strictly according to technical drawings, parts lists, and work instructions. Core daily tasks include stripping wires, shrinking tubing and molded parts, soldering, crimping, and assembling connectors. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician, preferably in an industrial setting, or equivalent professional experience in industrial cable manufacturing. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation is essential, alongside very good German language skills and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
