Job Summary
As a Transaction Manager, you will be instrumental in acquiring new investment opportunities within the "Basic Retail" segment, primarily focusing on properties with food anchor tenants across Germany. Your daily tasks will involve comprehensive analysis and support of both investments and divestments, conducting valuations for various locations and investment possibilities, and overseeing due diligence processes and contract negotiations. You will also be responsible for preparing and guiding value-add project developments and formulating object strategies for existing properties. A key part of your role will be proactively maintaining and expanding your transaction-focused client network. This position offers a dynamic environment within a growing company, providing the chance to contribute actively to shaping the future of retail real estate.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, ideally with a focus on Real Estate Management or Business Administration, or comparable completed vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Real Estate Analyst in the acquisition of pan-European retail and commercial properties
- Several years of relevant professional experience (alternative to degree)
