Job Summary
This role seeks a meticulous Electrical and Mechatronics Test Technician to join a motivated 30-person team focused on final product quality assurance. You will be responsible for independently conducting rigorous, multi-hour electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-mechatronic final tests on complex devices and systems prior to shipment. Key daily tasks include identifying, analyzing, and documenting faults in the IT system, implementing corrective measures, and ensuring strict adherence to relevant technical norms and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician and brings initial experience in a test environment or quality assurance, coupled with good German language skills. This position offers an attractive compensation package, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours within a single-shift operation, and extensive individualized training to become an expert in specialized thermal management solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or certified Electrical Specialist/Skilled Worker for specified activities.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics fields
- Initial experience in test bench operations or quality assurance/testing
- Knowledge of measurement, control, or regulation technology for devices and systems (desirable)
