Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated SAP Support Specialist focusing on the critical Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the IT department of a global market leader in climate control technology. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and compliance of the SAP ECC 6.0 system. Daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level end-user support, classifying and resolving incidents and service requests, and acting as the primary liaison to 3rd level support for complex issues. Key operational support involves assisting with essential business activities such as month- and year-end closing processes, handling booking corrections, managing electronic payment traffic, and resolving IDOC errors. The ideal candidate must possess sound professional experience in SAP FI/CO/COPA and a general understanding of industrial ERP processes.
