This role involves leading critical projects focused on infrastructure adaptation and the integration of operating resources within Lufthansa Technik's global network. The Project Manager will be responsible for conducting value stream analyses, developing production layouts, and identifying innovative production methods to enhance product and process quality. A core function is driving continuous process development, ensuring implementation of changes, and monitoring performance metrics (KPIs and quality standards). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, coupled with strong project and process management expertise, particularly in Lean Management. Excellent English proficiency and familiarity with tools like MS Office, JIRA, and SAP are required. This position is suitable for a highly organized, analytical professional with strong negotiation skills and the willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
