Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary technical expert and point of contact for all colleagues and sales teams regarding Electronics and Machinery Insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include the material inspection and processing of claims, which encompasses on-site damage inspection, report generation, negotiation, and claim settlement. The Specialist Engineer will independently update and continuously develop existing insurance concepts within these specialized areas and initiate measures for damage prevention and reduction. Success requires a degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and a proactive, structured approach.
