Job Summary

This Process Planner role involves managing the technical aspects of customer projects within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector at the Zandt location. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing operational technical support to customers, creating, reviewing, and documenting all manufacturing-relevant materials, and consulting clients in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. A core function is overseeing the full product lifecycle, including the implementation of new or modified products and necessary production equipment. The role also requires performing detailed manufacturing calculations, cost analyses, and identifying optimization potential, alongside coordinating the relocation of products and production resources. Candidates must possess a professional qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Skilled Worker, coupled with several years of experience in electronics manufacturing. Success requires assertiveness, an independent and customer-oriented work ethic, and strong communication skills, supported by proficiency in MS Office and desirable knowledge of SAP, CAD/CAM, REFA, or MTM.
