Job Summary

This strategic leadership role requires a visionary leader to guide two highly motivated software development teams (SaaS and Leads/Platform optimization) focused on improving the care sector. The Head of Development is responsible for the technical and strategic direction, ensuring high quality, efficient, agile, and scalable development processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the CTO and Head of Product to align technical decisions with business goals, implementing data-driven strategies using a Data Warehouse for central data collection, and developing solutions that enhance SaaS products, marketing lead generation, and call center functionalities. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in software architecture and product development leadership, strong coaching abilities, and expertise in digital sales structures (CRM) and agile methodologies. This position is central to driving innovation and maintaining high technical standards across the organization.
