Job Summary

This role involves coaching and developing agile Scrum teams within the Information Technology department of IQTIG, an independent scientific institute focused on quality assurance in the German healthcare system. The incumbent will be responsible for the outcomes and performance of assigned teams, ensuring goals are met within a high-availability data center environment where quality assurance data is centrally processed and analyzed. Key duties include facilitating retrospectives, resolving team conflicts, supporting Product Owners with backlog management and product roadmaps, and driving continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, is an Agile Coach certified professional, and brings extensive experience in software development and implementing agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. This position requires strong communication, moderation, and leadership skills to foster a productive, open, and agile culture across teams and management circles.
