Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Data Warehouse Developer to join a 10-person Data Engineering and BI team at Flossbach von Storch, one of Europe's largest independent asset managers. The core mission is to advance the company's modern data platform, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. Day-to-day tasks involve developing the Data Warehouse using an agile approach, integrating diverse data sources, and designing robust data models (Raw Vault, Business Vault, Information Mart) utilizing modern tools like dbt and Snowflake. You will regularly collaborate with business departments to clarify requirements and coordinate closely with the BI team on new developments. Success requires a completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Software Development, or a related field, combined with strong, structured coding skills. Candidates must possess fluent German and good English proficiency, along with a keen interest in understanding the company's business processes and underlying data.
