Job Summary

This role involves working as an Operator within the CMC plant located in Walsrode (Bomlitz), focusing on the preparation, operation, and testing of chemical processing equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include continuous process monitoring using both centralized control systems and field checks, performing routine tasks such as taking samples, conducting simple analyses, and ensuring the cleanliness of the plant. A key component of the job is active participation in troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance and upkeep on machinery. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician and demonstrate a high level of safety and quality awareness. The position requires mandatory willingness to work in a continuous shift rotation. Familiarity with IT systems, Office software, and ideally SAP systems is required to effectively document process and quality data.
