Job Summary

This Junior IT Support and Administrator role involves serving as the crucial first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing essential First-Level Support to trainees, teachers, and employees. Day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts and permissions, overseeing Surface tablets utilized by trainees, and ensuring the smooth operation of existing IT systems. A significant part of the role involves active participation in strategic projects, specifically assisting with the introduction of a new education and training system and contributing to the design and implementation of the updated IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess completed training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification, coupled with practical experience in Microsoft environments, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune. Strong knowledge of server administration, network management, and SQL database administration is also required, emphasizing a strong service and customer orientation.
