Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Site Manager specializing in Civil and Pipeline Construction, based in Iserlohn, with the significant potential to lead a branch office. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, execution, and billing of buried pipeline construction projects. The manager will coordinate construction teams and subcontractors, oversee personnel, and maintain direct communication with public sector clients. A critical aspect of the job is monitoring and documenting quality, costs, and deadlines, reporting directly to the operations management in Dortmund. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification, solid knowledge of VOB regulations, and proven leadership ability.
