Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the functional capability and reliability of fire alarm systems for a client specializing in fire detection technology, based in Cologne. The Service Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including installation and assembly work in both new and existing buildings, as well as comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair (Instandhaltung) of fire alarm systems. Key day-to-day activities include troubleshooting and resolving fault sources, autonomous assembly tasks, wiring, circuit configuration, and commissioning of fire alarm control panels in compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a completed qualification as an Electrician or equivalent, possess relevant professional experience in service and fire protection technology, and hold a mandatory Class B driving license. The position requires a structured, disciplined, and customer-oriented work ethic, with readiness for on-call duty.
