Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SMD Electronics Technician to manage and optimize automated surface-mount device (SMD) manufacturing lines for a client in Munich. Daily responsibilities include the preparation and setup of SMD production equipment, such as Assembleon/Panasonic machines, rigorous monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of the entire line (including paste printers, reflow soldering systems, and AOI). A critical component of the job involves meticulous data entry of all work processes into ERP and MES systems (ABAS/AEGIS) and performing quality control and rework on electronic assemblies according to industry standards (IPC, JEDEC). The ideal candidate possesses a background in electronics and mechanics, along with practical experience in ESD protection and handling sensitive components.
