Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as an expert within the Data Center Services Competence Center, focusing on the electrical infrastructure of complex facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing industry best practices and standards for Data Center Facility Management (FM), ensuring strict adherence to internal and external quality and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI). The specialist will actively identify and mitigate operational risks, evaluate and integrate new technologies like Predictive Maintenance to boost efficiency, and lead strategic projects focused on advancing FM infrastructure and processes. A key component of the role is the training and qualification of technical staff, team, and object managers. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with several years of practical experience in data center environments.
