Job Summary

This role involves joining the IT (SAP Team) of a pioneering, growing organic food company located between Hamburg and Hanover. The Master Data Manager is responsible for ensuring and continuously improving data quality across the entire value chain. Key daily tasks include reviewing master data, providing support to colleagues to ensure data consistency and accuracy, and developing and implementing standards and guidelines for master data maintenance. The role requires strong foundational knowledge in SAP and ERP/database systems, coupled with a technical or commercial degree and professional experience in master data management, ideally within a medium-sized enterprise context. The successful candidate will also drive process optimization within SAP, manage data flows, ensure documentation of changes, and develop a long-term data management strategy considering IT security and legal requirements.
