Job Summary
This role involves driving strategic market development within the service sector for intralogistics solutions. The Service Manager will be responsible for proactively managing and maintaining a fixed customer base, communicating across all organizational levels. Key day-to-day activities include independently advancing service sales, implementing measures such as service contracts, upgrades, and related services, and keeping customer databases current. A crucial aspect of the role is analyzing the market environment and contributing to the ongoing development of the overall service strategy. Candidates must possess a degree or technical qualification in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering) and proven experience in service operations for automated systems, including negotiation and quotation creation. Strong commercial acumen and fundamental English skills are required.
