Job Summary

This specialist role involves the support, development, and management of critical medical application systems within a major hospital group. Day-to-day tasks include leading or co-leading digitization projects, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for complex applications such as PACS, PDMS, and long-term patient archives, and collaborating with internal medical technology departments on functional diagnostic documentation systems (EEG, EKG, etc.). A crucial part of the role is the independent analysis of complex problems and providing expert consultation to clinical departments. The position requires a degree in Informatics, Medical Informatics, or Business Informatics, or equivalent training as an IT Specialist for System Integration. Candidates must possess knowledge of medical system interfaces (e.g., HL7) and ideally have experience in project management and telemedicine.
