Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering and building automation, focusing on developing intelligent control systems for complex energy generation facilities across residential, industrial, commercial, and e-mobility sectors. Day-to-day tasks involve independently planning and executing projects, developing innovative concepts and solutions, creating technical sketches and schematics using CAD, and commissioning control systems and energy technology plants at customer sites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for comprehensive project documentation and contributing creatively to new product development. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, and proven experience in control technology and building automation. This position offers flexible working hours, the option for remote work (minimum 60% part-time possible), and an unlimited contract within a dynamic, growing team.
