Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position requires a dedicated Server Operations Engineer to manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure in Bad Säckingen. The core responsibilities include the planning, configuration, and implementation of Windows Servers, ensuring standardized and fault-free operations, and delivering high-level 3rd Level support. The role involves proactive and reactive vulnerability management, application deployment, and close collaboration with various project teams. Successful candidates must hold a completed IT vocational qualification or a Bachelor's degree in IT, coupled with multiple years of professional experience managing server hardware (e.g., HPE, Cisco) and expertise in Windows Terminal Server systems and older Windows OS versions (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016). Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle high mental workloads and work under pressure.
