Job Summary

This role involves specialized electrical design within the field of automation technology, focusing on ensuring safety and compliance within complex systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning control engineering safety concepts according to current guidelines and norms, and actively supporting the selection of future-oriented electrical components. A core function is the detailed creation of technical documentation using E-CAD systems, specifically generating circuit diagrams, terminal plans, cable lists, parts lists, and assembly plans. The designer is also responsible for reviewing adherence to construction principles, technical specifications, quality regulations, and DIN standards, culminating in the creation of comprehensive product and manufacturing documentation and design guidelines. Key qualifications include a degree or technical qualification in Electrical or Automation Engineering, proven experience in electrical design (preferably automation), and profound knowledge of E-CAD systems, particularly EPLAN P8.
