Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position requires a skilled professional to manage and operate sophisticated welding robots in a production environment. The daily responsibilities focus on the preparation, setup, and programming of welding robots for various production tasks. Key duties include fine-tuning robot settings to ensure exact welding quality, proactively troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions, and continuously monitoring and adjusting welding processes. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in the metal sector, demonstrate strong technical understanding, and be proficient in interpreting technical drawings. Basic knowledge of industrial robots, particularly systems like Cloos, Kuka, or ABB, is required, alongside MAG welding competency. While a formal welding certificate is beneficial, training can be provided.
