Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves managing the daily operations of the calibration laboratory, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to international standards, particularly DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and ISO 9001. The successful candidate will serve as the Deputy DAkkS Calibration Laboratory Manager (pending official DAkkS recognition), overseeing technical operations and driving continuous improvement within the management system. Key responsibilities include comprehensive personnel planning and coordination for calibration technicians, developing detailed calibration procedures for both in-house and on-site services, and managing work orders using ERP software. You will also be responsible for staff training, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, and generating weekly reports for management detailing priorities, status, and costs. This position requires a strong technical background, deep expertise in measurement uncertainty calculation, and offers a responsible role with significant development opportunities within a highly qualified team.
