Job Summary
This role as a Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring the highest standards for chilled potato products, doughs, and baked goods within a leading international food producer. The daily responsibilities center on performing critical microbiological, chemical, and physical tests within the in-house laboratory. You will be responsible for the professional evaluation and documentation of all results, monitoring test equipment, and actively participating in process validations for quality assurance. Furthermore, the role includes conducting regular hygiene controls and analyzing customer complaints to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Laboratory Technician or Specialist in Food Technology, demonstrate proficiency with MS Office, and be prepared for working in a 2-shift system.
