Job Summary

This senior managerial role focuses on elevating the operational performance of international quick-service restaurants (QSR) across EMEA, LAC, and APAC regions through expert kitchen design and layout optimization. The successful candidate will lead the entire International Layout Approval process, managing a small team of layout reviewers and serving as a critical partner to franchisees, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating global design standards and guidelines, delivering specialized training, and proactively managing complex layouts with a focus on maximizing restaurant capacity, workflow efficiency, and the overall crew and guest experience. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering and substantial experience (5+ years) in QSR construction, making it an excellent opportunity to drive consistency, innovation, and scalability for a major global brand.
