Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Production Specialist to manage critical stages of product manufacturing, from assembly and repair to comprehensive testing and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and adjusting production equipment, creating and maintaining test setups, and performing detailed troubleshooting and correction measures. A key component of the role involves managing the sample creation process, ensuring products meet specifications from initial prototypes (A-samples) through to series production, all while maintaining accurate documentation such as protocols and production control sheets. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Mechatronics Technician or equivalent, possesses initial professional experience, and demonstrates proficiency in both mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Success in this position requires a high degree of flexibility, a precise, quality-oriented approach, and strong teamwork skills.
