This critical role involves working as a Field Safety Engineer and Inspector for the statutory accident insurance provider, focusing on the Fine Mechanics and Electrical Industries within the Munich North/Pfaffenhofen region. The core mission is to advise and support member companies regarding occupational safety and health protection. Daily tasks include analyzing complex operational risk factors—such as physical, chemical, and psychological influences—investigating workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and issuing necessary safety measures. You will also conceptualize and deliver specialized training and lectures for company management and employees. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable scientific field, and possess a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience.
