Job Summary

This role focuses on driving material sales growth, specifically targeting the market for heating and cooling ceilings. The manager will analyze market potential, develop robust business cases for new segments, and secure necessary approvals for implementation. Key responsibilities include acquiring new customers and partners, maintaining existing client relationships through high visibility, and ensuring seamless processing of material delivery orders. The ideal candidate must possess an engineering or technical background (TGA/HVAC), significant sales and project management experience, and expertise in developing and implementing sales concepts. Daily tasks involve preparing detailed quotes in collaboration with internal teams, clarifying technical requirements with product managers, managing order entry in the ERP system, and continuously improving sales tools and processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, fluency in German, and a high willingness to travel to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

Education

Degree as Engineer, TGA Technician, or equivalent knowledge through experience

Experience

  • Several years of sales experience

  • Experience in the construction services environment

  • Professional experience in dry construction, ceiling construction, or HVAC technology
  • Construction site experience (desirable)
