Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the technical and commercial execution of challenging civil and structural engineering projects. Daily tasks include independent measurement and billing, coordinating quantities with the client, and supporting site management in construction oversight. You will also be responsible for surveying, drafting simple structures, creating detailed plans, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including site diaries and official reports. Furthermore, the role supports cost estimation, pricing, checking subcontractor invoices, and may involve deputizing for the site manager during short absences. The ideal candidate possesses a completed civil engineering qualification (HTL/FH, Surveyor, or Master Craftsman in Road Construction), strong proficiency in MS-Office, and experience with billing and calculation software, preferably RIB iTWO.
