The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, administration, and continuous development of a central project management tool, ensuring ARD-wide standards for software and hardware deployment. Key daily tasks involve developing, optimizing, and documenting processes related to project and requirements management, as well as maintaining technical specifications and detailed status, budget, and risk reports. The position requires a background in Business Informatics or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in technical project management, ideally within the IT or media sector. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is essential, making this a pivotal role for maintaining efficient project governance and reporting across the organization.
