Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure for a large, family-run logistics company. The IT Security Engineer will be responsible for the planning, configuration, and continuous operation of critical network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and WLAN systems. A core focus is implementing and monitoring robust network security policies, managing VPNs, and conducting regular security checks to maintain network integrity. The position requires 3–5 years of professional experience in network administration, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent training, and deep technical knowledge of network architectures, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), and firewall management. You will also utilize scripting tools like PowerShell or Ansible for automation and assist with the integration of hybrid cloud services (Azure, AWS).
