Job Summary

This role is for an IT Automation Specialist focused on Managed Services, responsible for developing and implementing automated IT services primarily for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Day-to-day tasks involve automating Windows deployments using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, integrating and continuously maintaining Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions, and efficiently automating infrastructure and configurations using tools like Ansible and Terraform. The specialist will actively contribute to product development within the Managed Services portfolio, ensuring clean documentation and continuous process optimization. Key requirements include profound knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD, routine proficiency with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform, and familiarity with RMM systems.
