Job Summary

This role seeks a quality-focused QA Engineer eager to establish a robust and scalable automation framework for Silent AI, a 100% local and secure AI platform built on dedicated hardware. The core mission involves defining the entire QA strategy, encompassing Unit, API, E2E, Performance, and Security testing, and integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Day-to-day tasks include writing autotests using Python within Linux shell workflows, managing test environments with Docker, and handling complex systems like GPUs and Inference Pipelines. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial interface, harmonizing processes between the AI Team and the existing QA department, defining precise acceptance criteria, and ensuring non-functional quality, including chaos tests and security checks for air-gapped environments. This position demands strong technical acumen, deep experience in test automation, and fluency in both German and English to elevate the quality standards of the entire platform.
