Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the Central Services division, which encompasses Legal and Governance, Application and Contract Management, Finance, and IT teams, for JUGEND für Europa—a major National Agency managing EU programs like Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps. The Head will be responsible for the strategic development of the area, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements (Compliance and Governance), and managing the organization's finances and funding volumes. Key day-to-day activities include steering financial, personnel, and material resources, implementing a quality management system to optimize processes, and overseeing crisis and risk management. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Administration, Economics, or Law, coupled with extensive leadership experience in relevant fields, strong digital competencies, and the ability to foster a modern, performance-oriented leadership culture while representing the organization to national authorities and the European Commission.
