Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electronics Technician ready to step into a Foreman position within the repair department, based in Kaufungen. The primary responsibilities involve hands-on systematic troubleshooting and documentation of faults, coupled with the coordination of electronic repair orders and close collaboration with Return Management. A key part of the job is generating 8D reports and translating findings into practical improvement suggestions, while also assisting in creating and updating work instructions. The ideal candidate must hold a professional qualification as an Electronics Technician (or equivalent), possess strong organizational skills for workflow management, and be proficient in handling electronic components and standard measuring instruments like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Experience with circuit diagrams, PLC controls, and SMD component soldering is essential.
