Job Summary

This strategic leadership role requires an experienced professional to serve as the Head of R&D for Nutrition & Personal Care within an internationally oriented health and care company. The core mission involves defining and executing the innovation strategy in close collaboration with executive management. Day-to-day responsibilities include the strategic leadership of the R&D department, prioritizing complex development projects with a focus on formulation and active ingredient innovation, and driving scientific excellence. The role also involves managing key interfaces, such as supporting marketing and sales teams, and evaluating clinical studies regarding product efficacy and safety. To succeed, candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Food Chemistry (ideally a PhD), coupled with significant leadership experience in R&D within the food, cosmetic, or life sciences sectors.
