Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chemical Production Specialist or Machine and Plant Operator to join BASF SE, a major chemical corporation in Ludwigshafen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential day-to-day production logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key tasks include preparing and transporting raw materials, empty containers (pallets, drums), and packaging materials, as well as handling product samples and managing waste disposal. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in chemical production or related field, or alternative training combined with several years of professional experience, ideally within the chemical sector. A strong willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation system and good manual skills are mandatory, alongside fluent German communication abilities. This is a permanent position offering long-term engagement with a leading industry player.
