Job Summary

This role is a critical position within Quality Control, focusing on the analysis and quality assurance of solid pharmaceutical dosage forms. The analyst will be responsible for conducting and providing expert guidance on product analysis, primarily utilizing advanced techniques such as HPLC/UPLC and GC. Key daily tasks include supporting method validations, training new laboratory staff, and participating in cross-departmental planning. A major component of the role involves maintaining and continuously improving laboratory quality assurance systems, performing independent root cause analyses for deviations, and troubleshooting analytical methods and equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a scientific or chemical background (e.g., degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology) and prior experience with HPLC/UPLC analysis. Knowledge of GMP within the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial.
