Job Summary

This role involves strategically shaping the corporate data architecture to enable data-driven decision-making across the entire Miba Group, significantly elevating the company's data competence. The specialist will analyze existing processes and systems, identify optimization potential, and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency. A core component of the job is interface management, working closely with IT/Digital colleagues and business units to foster a company-wide understanding of data products and their value. Key responsibilities include evaluating and integrating new data management technologies, and driving the development and implementation of Data Governance, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of professional experience in data architecture, strong knowledge of data modeling, databases (relational and NoSQL), Cloud technologies, and modern data platforms, alongside excellent communication skills in both German and English.
