SMT Line Lead | SMD-Linienführer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to take charge of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line. Key responsibilities include the independent setup and dismantling of highly automated SMT placement machines and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The SMT Line Lead will continuously monitor the entire SMT assembly process, covering everything from label printing and solder paste application to component placement and reflow soldering. Furthermore, the position involves performing routine maintenance, evaluating the results from Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and executing general service tasks. Candidates must have prior experience in SMT manufacturing, a successfully completed apprenticeship as an Electronic Technician or Mechatronics Technician, and strong organizational skills coupled with a high degree of quality consciousness. Fluency in German and good English skills are essential, along with the readiness to work within a 2-shift system in Mettmann.
