IT Security Manager | IT Security Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing and enhancing the IT security posture of the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining incident response plans, optimizing security mechanisms with a focus on Workplace and Identity areas, and creating and updating security concepts. The manager will coordinate SIEM event source integration, monitor the security landscape, and actively participate in incident response and security analyses/penetration tests. They will also serve as a primary contact for all security-related inquiries, manage external service providers, and conduct security training. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT security knowledge, experience with M365, XDR/MDR services, and Fortinet, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
