Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, focusing on maintaining and evolving secure, future-oriented IT solutions for mid-sized companies and public clients. Key daily responsibilities include the conceptualization and implementation of new IT systems, installation and administration of both Windows and Linux servers, and providing comprehensive support. The administrator will perform error analysis, troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, and conduct maintenance, delivering service both remotely and on-site at customer locations. Candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Assistant or IT Management Assistant, or possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience as a career changer.
