You will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, and escalating fault and alarm messages, performing routine system checks, and maintaining accurate operational protocols and documentation. A key part of the role is supporting fault analysis and coordinating external service providers to resolve complex technical issues related to HVAC, lighting, and access control systems. Candidates should possess completed technical vocational training in a relevant field like Electrical or Building Technology, coupled with initial professional experience operating BMS or MSR systems. A strong technical understanding of general building infrastructure (HVAC, energy, security) is essential, and familiarity with common GLT systems like Siemens Desigo or BACnet is beneficial.
