This role offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the digital transformation within the court system of Basel-Landschaft, working on a high-visibility, fixed-term project until the end of 2027. The successful candidate will join the "Digital Services" team as an all-rounder, balancing operational Service Management duties with project-based Business Analysis. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting digitalization requirements, leading workshops with subject matter experts, and ensuring seamless information flow between IT and business units. Furthermore, the role acts as the central point of contact for court applications, overseeing their operation, availability, and resource consumption. Candidates should possess a higher education or degree in Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with proven professional experience. High customer orientation, strong independent working skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels are essential for success in this impactful position.
