This permanent, full-time position involves instructing and guiding future Commercial Specialists in Healthcare through a comprehensive retraining program in Hamburg-Bergedorf. Key daily responsibilities include delivering theoretical and practical instruction, both online and in person, covering essential topics such as healthcare structures, organization, finance, patient management, human resources, and marketing. You will also manage student documentation, oversee practical internships, conduct performance assessments, and prepare students for their final exams, utilizing project work with Curasoft software and coordinating with practice firms. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification or university degree, coupled with relevant professional experience within the healthcare sector. Strong organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
