This role involves providing technical support for maintenance workshops specializing in civil and military aviation products within the after-sales sector. The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance and repair of complex electrical and electromechanical products, including spare parts identification and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing technical concepts, processes, and guidelines to ensure maintenance readiness, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation. The position requires processing technical workflows, conducting error analyses, and contributing to 8D reports. Collaboration in cross-functional teams and participation in special assignments for customer technical support are also integral parts of the job.
